]]>When it comes to decorating a small apartment for the holidays, less can often be more. Opt for smaller, compact decorations that can easily be arranged without overwhelming the space. Select a cohesive color scheme to create a unified look throughout your apartment, and consider incorporating natural elements like pinecones, branches, and fresh greenery to bring a touch of the outdoors inside. Additionally, consider switching out everyday items like throw pillows and curtains for festive alternatives to instantly transform your living space.
To maximize the coziness of your apartment during the holiday season, focus on creating inviting areas for relaxation and socializing. Arrange seating around a focal point such as a decorated mantel or a twinkling Christmas tree. Utilize cozy throws and accent pillows to add warmth and comfort to seating areas.
Finally, consider incorporating scented candles or essential oils in seasonal scents like cinnamon and pine to create a warm and inviting atmosphere that will make your apartment feel like a holiday retreat. By following these tips, you can decorate your small apartment for the holidays in a way that is both stylish and space-efficient.

]]>1. Create a schedule:
Make a list of all the maintenance tasks that need to be done regularly, such as changing air filters, testing smoke detectors, and cleaning gutters. Set a schedule for when each task should be completed to stay organized and on track.
2. Stay proactive:
Don’t wait for something to break before taking action. Keep an eye out for signs of potential issues, such as leaking faucets, cracked tiles, or malfunctioning appliances. Addressing problems early on can prevent them from escalating into bigger, more expensive issues.
3. Keep it clean:
Regular cleaning is a simple yet effective way to prevent maintenance issues in your apartment. Clean surfaces, floors, and appliances regularly to avoid dirt and grime buildup, which can lead to damage over time.
4. Communicate with your landlord:
If you rent your apartment, be sure to communicate with your landlord about any maintenance concerns you have. Promptly report any issues so they can be addressed in a timely manner.
5. Take care of outdoor areas:
If your apartment has outdoor spaces, such as a balcony or patio, make sure to maintain them as well. Keep plants watered, sweep and remove debris regularly, and store outdoor furniture properly when not in use. ]]>From June 1 to June 14, 2021, the North Parking Lot will be closed for scheduled construction. We'll be installing several electric vehicle charging stations as well as building more than a dozen covered carports with solar panels on the roof.

We realize that this causes an inconvenience for those of you who park there regularly. To help mitigate that, we are lifting all parking restrictions on Topa St. and Bluff Ave. during the construction. Additionally, impacted residents may park overnight in any guest spot during construction as long as their North Parking Lot permit is clearly displayed.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work toward a greener future for our neighborhood!
