The best thing about Topa Bluffs is that it has everything you need conveniently onsite. I work a demanding schedule with long hours and don't have a ton of down time. I can't tell you how comforting it is to have a fully equipped fitness center, beautiful pool, laundry room, etc a few steps outside my door.

I feel safe here. I'm disabled and it's not always easy for me to get around. But Topa Bluffs really designed everything to be accessible. Everything from the parking lots to the walkways are well lit. These are incredibly important things for my peace of mind.

My favorite part of Topa Bluffs is how central it is to everything. I can get to most places on my bike in just a few minutes. If I need to go farther, I don't remember ever waiting more than five or ten minutes for an Uber or Lyft.
